HMIS in Rutherford County Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a data management tool for gathering and recording characteristics and service needs for the homeless. ServicePoint is our choice of a HMIS. ServicePoint is a web based program that helps record, track, and report on homeless persons. ServicePoint will keep track of appointments, profiles, assessments, case plans, and service transactions. ServicePoint will create custom reports and help find other community resources for the homeless such as food, medical centers, and shelters.
