Maintenance Calls

The number to call for after hours emergencies is 542-0050.

Emergencies consist of:

. Investigate gas leaks;

. Light heater pilots when temp is below 50 degrees;

. Water leaks that create a safety hazard;

. Stopped commode in units with only one bathroom;

. Any other situation that may pose a danger to tenants or excessive property damage if ignored.

ANY OTHER WORK ORDERS NEED TO BE CALLED IN DURING OFFICE HOURS.
Non-emergency calls will result in a charge.
