Westbrooks Towers is an associated property that is maintained and owned by Murfreesboro Housing Authority. Designed for socially active seniors 62 years or older, Westbrooks Towers offers independent living in our beautiful newly renovated apartments. The renovation adds comfort along with style. Westbrooks Towers is conveniently located near downtown Murfreesboro and right next to the Saint Clair Senior Center. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income. Applicants are given a percent deduction for any out of pocket medical expense such as prescription drugs, doctor bills and medical insurance. An elderly allowance is also given.
