Conditions and Disclaimer

1. There are two buttons at the bottom of this page. The button that says “Premier Housing Application” will allow you to download a fillable application for our Premier Housing. Included with this application are the application requirements. You may also Click here to view more informaton and pictures of our premier housing. The second button that says “Public Housing Application” is for our other housing areas, which include Franklin Heights, Oakland Court and Mercury Court. This button will allow you to download a fillable application for those areas mentioned. You will need the latest Adobe Reader to fill out this form, see number two below for more information. Click on the area name above, or the area picture to the right, to find out more information.

2. The Murfreesboro Housing Authority (MHA) is not responsible for improper use of MHA’s fillable applications. You may use a computer and its peripherals to fill out the required information and print, or simply print out and fill in the required information by hand. You must download the applications to a computer. It is recommended that you use the latest release of Adobe Reader that can be downloaded from Adobe’s website to open, view, and fill in the required information on the application. Click on the Adobe icon below to download the latest addition of Adobe Reader from Adobe’s website. MHA does not provide technical support nor takes any responsibility for software installation. Software installation is at your own risk.

3. MHA is not responsible for any personal information that may be lost due to computer trojans, key loggers, viruses, etc… that may be infecting the computer you are using to fill out this application. It is recommended that the computer that you are using to fill out MHA’s fillable application has an operating system that is updated with the most current security updates. Also, it is recommended that the computer you are using to fill out the MHA application is behind a firewall and has an antivirus program installed and updated with the most current security updates.

4. Once MHA has appropriately (see below) received your application, MHA will be in touch with you within 30 days to set up an appointment.


There are three ways to submit the application:
A. Bring the application into our office during our normal business hours.
B. Mail the application to the address listed below.
C. Put the application in an envelope and use the drop-off box located on the drive-thru in front of our office building.

Ways we will not accept the application:
A. A faxed application.
B. An emailed application.
